Tapping Points for Energy EFT Chart

 

1. Think about a future aspect who will face a challenging situation. Look across time and space to that aspect and make a connection with them, enough so you can sense what their state is.

2. Assume the Heart Position and take three deep breaths, in and out. 

3. Now tap all the points and on each point, say the following. (You can make up your own words as you go along, and that would be better still; these words here are an example script of one person. Let your own perfect EFT script unfold as you tap through the points, slowly and mindfully, and the words and energy start to flow!)

Dear future aspect, I love you.

I love you and I am one hundred percent behind you. I believe in you.

You are amazing. I trust you.

I have your back. I love you and I know you can do it.

I am so proud of you. I am proud of not for what you do, but for what you are.

I have faith and trust in you.

I love you. I am right behind you.

I am going to cheer you on all the way. you will do the right thing.

You are powerful, awesome and beautiful.

My confidence in you is unconditional.

My love for you is unconditional.

My amazement at you is unconditional.

My delight for you is unconditional.

My desire for you to have the best experiences possible is completely unconditional.

My dear beloved aspect, I love you. I love you with all my heart, and with all my heart I send you all my love!
